CANCELLATION POLICY

Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to the Organiser Secretariat waidid2024@aimgroup.eu.
Registrations cancelled by 15 July 2024 are eligible for a refund. The payment will be refunded within 60 days after the event.

CHANGES

Name changes will be only accepted in writing to the Organizing Secretariat waidid2024@aimgroup.eu

UNEXPECTED CANCELLATION OF THE EVENT OR IMPOSSIBILITY TO HOLD IT

In the unlikely case that the 5th WAidid Congress 2024 cannot be held in whole or in part due to any event beyond the Organisers’ control or force majeure (such as riot, fire, explosion, accident, flood, earthquake, sabotage, strikes, acts of any government, etc) the Congress Organisers cannot be held liable for any damage, cost, or loss incurred, such as registration fee, transportation and accommodation costs, or any other direct or indirect loss or consequential damage.
